ICOM-SUSTAIN holds a plenary meeting for its members at least once each year, and, whenever possible, during the ICOM triennial General Conference.

During the meeting, the board shall present an annual report on SUSTAIN’s activities and financial position. Members review and endorse the Committee’s programme. After the meeting the Committee should submit a copy of the approved annual report for the preceding year to the Secretariat.
